Thrive Therapies seeks to build a talented team committed to the values and vision of our practice. Members of our practice would be responsible for their own benefits (i.e., health, retirement) and would be paid on commission (a portion of the bills they generate), enabling them to work a bespoke schedule that fits their needs, without the additional concern or expense related to running their own business. Our aim is to ensure flexibility and generous reimbursement to our team members, while providing principled, effective care for our clients.

At present, Thrive Therapies is 100% telehealth practice, however we intend to expand to a physical location (likely on Spokane’s South Hill) to ensure our clients have the option to receive services which are conducted in person by necessity of the service or client preference.

We seek to be flexible to our client’s needs and are open to all client types. However, we are particularly interested in prioritizing clients who are involved in a helping profession, as this is an often overworked and underserved group who frequently prioritize other’s needs over their own.

As a growing practice, we are open to providing many types of health and wellness services. If you have a skill set that you believe may be a good fit, whether you are a direct care provider (Functional Medicine, Nutrition, Counselor, Ayurvedic Medicine, Peer Support, etc.) or support care personnel (front desk, billing, etc.), send us a message to let us know what you have to offer our clients and why you think we may be a good fit.
